Donna L. Zariczny
Donna has worked in public facilities management as well as private architectural firms with an emphasis on multifamily housing, historical preservation and educational facilities. She attended Lawrence Technological University for her undergraduate studies, then SUNY Buffalo for her pre-professional degree, and finally Kent State University for her Bachelor of Architecture.

Jeffrey Zariczny
Before co-founding Inscale, Jeff worked for several years in one of the largest architectural firms in Rochester, NY. In fact, he grew up in the construction industry, so his passion started at an early age. Jeff attended SUNY Alfred, then transferred to the Lawrence Technological University. He finished schooling at SUNY Buffalo, where he earned his pre-professional, Bachelor of Professional Arts, and Master of Architecture degrees.

John E. Newhall
John has worked at Inscale since 2006. His responsibilities at Inscale include CAD work, progress reviews, construction administration, project management and field work.
He received his training at Triangle Tech and met Donna and Jeff through previous employment. They worked so well together that Donna and Jeff invited him to join them at Inscale.
Bryan W. Aipoalani
Bryan has worked at Inscale since 2008. He earned a BS in Architecture from SUNY Alfred. His responsibilities include drafting, design, and three-dimensional visualization.
