Mead Township Building

Challenge: Mead Township needed to remove an outdated building that was failing and replace it with an 1,800 sf addition to the Township Garage within tight budget constraints. The program elements included Township offices, meeting space, kitchen and offices. Previous attempts with another architectural firm failed to meet the Townships needs with bids approaching twice the budget constraints.

Solution: Design work was completed to meet all of the needs of the project in an efficient manner. Due to the project constraints and with the guidance of the Inscale, the contract was divided into smaller manageable contracts with some of the work completed by outside contracts and some by Township personnel.
