About Us

Inscale Architects is a woman-owned business located on Liberty Street in Warren, PA.  The founders, Donna and Jeff Zariczny, have over 40 years of experience in traditional public and private sector architectural design services, feasibility studies, construction management, furniture, fixtures and equipment design, code reviews and building evaluations.

Founded in 2004, Inscale was established in an effort to reclaim the essence of the profession of architecture, working directly with the client from beginning to completion, emphasizing the goals and visions of each client.

Inscale specializes in projects involving religious, commercial, education, housing, adaptive reuse, historic preservation, residential, healthcare, industrial, municipal, hospitality and restaurants. The firm prides themselves on the unparalleled level of customer service that they provide to their clients. The architect that meets with the client is the same professional that is responsible for every step of the process.

The architects at Inscale hold both individual and professional licenses in Pennsylvania and New York and are authorized to transact business in both states. Donna and Jeff hold an NCARB Certification allowing them to become registered in additional states in order to meet the architectural needs of their clients. In addition, Jeff is accredited in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) by the U.S. Green Building Council.

Donna:

Previously, Donna worked in the public sector in facilities management as well as private architectural firms with an emphasis on multifamily housing, historical preservation and educational facilities.

She currently is involved in:

• Warren County School Board Director
• Executive Board of Habitat for Humanity of Warren County
• Tri-County Intermediate Unit Board Director

Jeff:

Before starting Inscale, Jeff worked for several years in one of the largest architectural firms in Rochester. In fact, he grew up in the construction industry, so his passion started at an early age.

As of right now, Jeff contributes his time and energy to several efforts including:

• Economic Development Division of Warren County Chamber of Business and Industry
• Alternative Energy Committee
• Warren County Planning Commission

John:

John has worked at Inscale for over 2 years. His responsibilities include CAD work, progress reviews, construction administration, project management and field work. John received his training at Triangle Tech and met Donna and Jeff through previous employment. They worked so well together that Donna and Jeff invited him to join them at Inscale.

Bryan:

Bryan earned a BS in Architecture from the SUNY College of Technology at Alfred.  His responsibilities include drafting, design and three dimensional visualization.

Avis:

Donna and Jeff met Avis 12 years ago at previous firms.  When the opportunity arose, she was invited to join Inscale.  She has been an Office Manager for the last 13 years.  Her duties include: correspondence with clients, distribution of drawings and specifications, and production of contract documents.
